This privacy policy explains how the mobile game Train Kingdom ("the app"), published by Boorio ("we", "us"), handles information. By using the app you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number or location.
Your game progress (levels, coins, boosters and settings) is stored only on your device. If you uninstall the app, this progress is deleted.
2. Advertising
The app shows adverts, including optional "watch an ad" rewards. Adverts are provided by Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) and Unity Ads. These services may collect and process information such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, device type, operating system, language and how you interact with adverts, in order to show adverts, measure them and prevent fraud. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised adverts in your device's settings (Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Privacy > Ads).

3. In-app purchases
Purchases are handled by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment details. Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
4. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
5. Data sharing and selling
We do not sell your personal information. Apart from the advertising and payment services described above, we do not share information with third parties.
6. Security and retention
Game progress stays on your device. Information collected by our advertising partners is kept according to their own privacy policies.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the UK or EU), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to its use. To make a request, contact us using the email address below.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
