Terms of Use
By using Echo+ you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
1. Who can use Echo+
You must be at least 17 years old and able to form a binding agreement. You're responsible for your account and everything done with it.
2. Community rules: zero tolerance
Echo+ has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not post, stream, send or share:
- harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech or content that attacks people for who they are;
- nudity, sexual content, or anything that sexualises minors;
- graphic violence, self-harm promotion or dangerous acts;
- scams, fake giveaways, impersonation, or requests to send crypto under false pretences;
- illegal content or content you don't have the rights to share;
- spam or attempts to manipulate likes, follows or tips.
You can report content or users from any video, live stream, profile or chat, and block anyone. We review reports and act within 24 hours, removing content and banning users who break these rules. Content with multiple reports may be hidden automatically while it's reviewed.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You give Boorio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and distribute your public content within Echo+ so the service can work. You can delete your posts or your whole account at any time.
4. The crypto wallet
- The Echo+ wallet is self-custody: only you hold your recovery phrase and keys. Boorio never has access to them and cannot recover lost phrases or reverse transactions.
- Crypto payments, including tips, go directly from your wallet to the recipient's wallet on a public blockchain. They are final. Always check you're paying the right person.
- Network fees are charged by the blockchain, not by us. Echo+ takes no fee on payments or tips.
- Crypto prices are volatile. Nothing in Echo+ is financial advice. Test networks use coins with no real value.
- You're responsible for complying with the laws and taxes that apply to you.
5. Live streaming
Live streams must follow the community rules. Moderators can end any live stream at any time.
6. Ending your use
You can stop using Echo+ and delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete Echo+ account). We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
7. Disclaimers and liability
Echo+ is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Boorio is not liable for losses arising from lost recovery phrases, mistaken payments, blockchain network problems, crypto price changes, or content posted by other users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
8. Apple
These terms are between you and Boorio, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Echo+ or its content. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement also applies.
