How do I restore my purchases?
Open your Profile in the game and tap Restore purchases. No Ads comes back on any device signed in to the same Apple ID. Purchases are handled by Apple, so for billing questions or refunds see reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete my data?
Your progress is stored only on your device. Deleting the app deletes all game data. If you use Game Center, you can sign out in your device's Settings.
How do I turn off ad tracking or reminders?
Go to Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking, or Settings › Notifications › Pocket War.

Shark Frenzy
How do I restore my purchases?
Open the Shop in the harbour and tap Restore purchases to bring No Ads back on a new iPhone signed in to the same Apple ID.
How does Reel Wars work?
Reel Wars opens after level 5. Each round lasts a day, and your score is the total weight of every shark you land that day. The leaderboard uses Apple's Game Center, so sign in to Game Center to take part.
How do I delete my data?
Your coins, levels and upgrades are saved on your iPhone. Deleting the app deletes them. Reel Wars scores are kept by Game Center under your Game Center nickname.

Train Kingdom
How do I restore my purchases?
Open the Shop and tap Restore Purchases. On Android, purchases are handled by Google Play and come back on any device using the same Google account.
How do I delete my data?
Train Kingdom has no accounts. Your progress is stored only on your device, and uninstalling the app deletes it. You can also start again from level 1 in your Profile.

Echo+
I lost my phone. Can you get my wallet back?
Only your 12-word recovery phrase can. Install Echo+, choose “I already have a recovery phrase” and enter it. We never have a copy, so we can't recover it for you.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app go to Settings → Delete Echo+ account. This removes your profile, username, posts and sent messages from our servers. Your wallet stays yours.
How do I report someone?
Tap ⋯ on a video or live stream → Report, or in a chat tap $ → Report. You can also block people. Reports of abuse are reviewed within 24 hours.
